Very pretty. Odd combination, but it works surprisingly well.

The undertoned almost transparent lemon wedge looks oddly out of whack with the rest of the photo.
I think the roses alone with the blue background would have been a nicer photo.

Sorry, but according to the challenge details, the complementary colors are blue/orange or purple/yellow, not blue/yellow.

Ah, if only you had gotten the window slightly higher or gone slightly lower and had the heads of the people in the shot. Cool shot though, it´s masterfully held by whoever is holding up the window :)
