With a tad differentfocus, this could really be something. I feel as if the shirt is a bit more clear than the face. Maybe that was your intent, as the yellow and green are the complementary colors. For some reason, I like the sunglasses too. The crop is good and I don't even mind him being so centered in the shot. The dappled light is pretty and the DOF is well executed.

Neat picture. Love the framming you used. Its a bit soft which is fine but with that bright spot on the wall outside the window, it doesn't work too well.
