IMHO, if you submit a photo with such a clear deficiency as total lack of focus, that will be the only critique you would receive, and that you already knew. So you would be unable to obtain a helpful constructive feedback. Maybe the technical capabilities of your camera cannot provide you with a close up of this nature.

I think you might have gotten this one a bit too close. Notice how the background (the window) seems to be in better focus than the face and reflection. I like the reflection though. It is very noticable and clearly a reflection. The lighting seems good for the shot, and the angle and framing/cropping you have chosen is very nice. Overall nice shot.
