Some one just read my mind!!!by charalesComment by arnit: Critique club:
The reason for the low score is probably because people wanted to see something moving and the background blured. I find the background a bit distracting. A simple black backround could have made this picture much better. Or maby if you would have taken out the white stuff between the keyboard and the monitor. But man am I thirsty for a beer right now! Good luck in future challanges. You've got some interesting shots in your portfolio. I liked your abstract shot! Great bw. Best wishes, arnit |

Some one just read my mind!!!by charalesComment by Tammer: I like your title. The box and waded paper in the background are a bit distracting for me, but a good, solid entry for motion panning, in my novice opinion. |

Opiumby charalesComment by liebe: This image has great contrast. It looks like it was shot through a microscope. |

Deathby charalesComment by Crisik: without the title i would think it is a fine, almost abstract composition, the scythe looks like a drill at first sight, adding a funny moment to the grey topic and tone :-)
and with the title it is even finer
(though obviously not appreciated accordingly) |

Some one just read my mind!!!by charalesComment by KHolt: Interesting idea, however I can't see motion panning being used here, as the background is in focus and the can is moving. The description of the challenge would help you here. There is something I don't get though as the blur is on the left of the can as well as the right? Hopefully you've put a nice description in the submission.... |

farm.jpgby charalesComment by Melethia: This picture has a nice feel to it, with the rich texture of the wood. Have you tried it in a warmer tone, such as orange, maybe? |
