Beautiful! This is a great use of the long exposure technique. My only wish is that I could see more of the rocks and such - but really that's just being picky. Very nice work. I like the use of b/w here too... it has a very Ansel Adams feel to it.

I like the B&W conversion and the composition is alright, but I'm not fussy on the water. It looks a little to soft almost as if it were over processed by neat image. The border goes wel with the shot, the brightness and contrast are good and the rocks aren't bad focus for being so shiney. Well done and good luck in this challenge. <7>
