A little better lighting control reducing the highlights would have been a plus. Not an overly interesting image from an artistic sense, it does provide a lot of detail and color differences. A little more thought into the composition would have made for a better image. A good entry into the challenge, it falls just short of being truly effective. Perhaps a little change in viewing angle would have helped.

Nice and sharp. The details in the image are excellent. The sepia effect works well with this image. Can't help but feel that there's the slightest of tilts to the image though... which is somewhat unnerving... make me want to tilt my head.

Dang - I love it! I hope it's a ribbon winner. Certainly more realistic in regards to the realities of life verses the silly comic out-takes of a lot of the entries. If I could give it an eleven I would. You'll have to do with a 10.
