Just a nice feeling to this picture. The black dog makes a great contrast and pulls all the colors together perfectly. I'm giving it a high score but I may come back and bump this up. I like it even more each time I look at it.

The color and exposure are great.
I think I would have tried for a slightly different perspective/composition.
I think if you were to get low, like on your belly low, you could totally change the feel of this shot. If you were to get lower you could move the horizon up onto the upper "thirds line", remove the lower portion of the foreground, and still include the descending chairs.
