While this is a fine picture of driftwood, it doesn't capture my attention well. I was tempted to do a photo of spear tips or "cobble choppers" myself, but didn't want to suffer another week of "did not meet the challenge" comments. This is even more of an obsure reference. As a picture, the composition is good, and the focus, lighting, etc is also good. I like the interpretation of the challenge, but it is missing something with overall effect. I'm not sure what, though, it just doesn't grab me. karmat
