...Straight To The Moon Alice!by yakatmeComment by v5planet: I had such an enormous urge to do a photo like this and drove around at 1 am one morning looking for roads that promised ideal moonsets. Didn't find anything that worked in my neck of the heavily-wooded state of CT, but here's proof that the concept works. Nice execution. |

My Good Sideby yakatmeComment by yanko: Nice detail that's sharp without looking sharpened. The only thing I see that would improve this IMO is if the background was more out of focus. Really that's not even big a deal. The only area that bothers me a bit is the green leaf at the top that has some detail on it's edges that takes some of the focus away. |

My Good Sideby yakatmeComment by Konador: I think a shallower DoF to blur the background slightly more would put extra emphasis on the bird, as would a slight contrast increase perhaps? I just feel it is missing something at the moment. |
