Old Magicby TannyComment by aimeethetoo: This is a very cool shot. I like the perspective and it's a good idea. I think you are ripe for a painting with light challenge. Possibly would be enhanced by a little negative space at the top. |

Trout Streamby TannyComment by Majanka: Yep same on the colors, the sky looks a bit odd. But it's a very nice angle and love the way you captured the water |

Trout Streamby TannyComment by Tanny: Thanks Tim.
I agree the green looks a little Over saturated, the angle of shot i used a boulder like the ones to the right of the shot to rest the camera on. It was hard as i wanted to get the movement in the water so needed a longer shutter but it was such a bright day it caused a lot of trial and error and some work in PS.
Thanks for taking the time to look. |

Bald Eagleby TannyComment by timfythetoo: For being very new you really have some good shots in your portfolio. This is a great pic. Probably my only complaint is that it seems just a tad bit soft around the eye. Very nice work though. Enter more challenges! |

Trout Streamby TannyComment by timfythetoo: Nice shot. The greens may be a bit oversaturated - but just a bit and I kind of like it that way. The perspective that he shot was taken is good - it looks like you got nice and low and close to the stream instead of standing up. |

Eye of the Flying Tiger..by TannyComment by timfythetoo: This is a great shot. Crisp detail and the colors are great. With such sharpness you might even try filling up the entire frame with just the bird. Strong shot. |

Eye of the Flying Tiger..by TannyComment by LindaLee: Wow, I love this shot! His stare is so direct that it's almost creepy. Like he wants to eat you. I'm curious as to whether this was taken in the wild, or in a reserve park. We have a reserve park that we go to, but they don't have a bald that they can bring out.
The dof is just incredible - it's almost like you shot him against a backdrop. Wait...he's not stuffed is he????? Anyway, nice and crisp and a pleasure to look at. |
