Since you scored low in this challenge, I figured I would comment on this image instead. The secret to candids is to have your audience be "engaged" in the situation. Eyes are always a tell tale sign. This image in particular just doesn't hold a voter's attention span for too long. Again, engage your audience. The duotones are great but since your subject is looking to the right, the voters natural tendency is to follow the eyes. In this case, my eyes travel beyond the image. I hope this makes sense.
