My goal with this image was to make an image the was flat and with the feeling that the lines were skratched into its surface. The fact that the image is of sea grass is of little importance to me.

i like the abstract nature of the composition, the balance of lines, but I am not so fond of the color, specifically the tone -- it screams fluorescent ligghting to me, which gives me headaches in real life. Maybe one way to bring out the structure and solve the color problem would be to go black and white with this picture.
