Definately have a feeling of blue in this one. I love the rain on the window, The pose is nice, the expression is nice. I don't like the bright spot outside the window though. If that could have been eliminated it would have looked all the much better. Overall, well done.

Thanks for all the comments. It was not behind glass or anything, which made it a challenge to shoot - these things can run fast! The camera was only inches away.

oooh! the notorious black widow spider! excellent crisp photo.. love how the web is also well defined, and yet the backdrop is appropriately out of the focus plane. They are dangerous, so I'm sure you didn't want to play around to close, but too bad you didn't have a white card or something to place behind the spider to clean up the background. I am giving this a high score, but that last comment is only "wonder".... :0)
