ah, the colors work really well. the red really helps the outfit pop, and her smile is worth a million! really nice job you did on the dancer captures.

pretty cool shot, maybe a little more contrast to show more detail?

Interesting old building. Looks as if it might be an abandoned religious structure. Might be good in b&w.

I could imagine composition a bit differently, perhaps if its orientated to the lighted area

I think the picture is OK but the guy's suit is really bad. I don't know from style, but I think he'd look much nicer in darker colors; blues, grays, or blacks. While the environmental portrait idea is nice, tighter on his face and upper torso would bring out his personality and eyes more.

I feel there is to much space over his head, I would crop just below the light fixture.
The angle of this shot is great, the stuff in the background is supporting the story, without being to much clutter, The colorful belt thing is not demanding attention quite as much.
I would take his hand out of his pocket and placed it on the other one. It is to straight to me and really emphasizes that the jacket looks to big for him. Probably very comfortable for him though.
The biggest issue with this shot is the blown out reflection in the mirror behind his head. His shoulder disappears into the brightness.
A little more fill on the right side of his face might have balanced the light a little better. Its hot on one side and deep in shadow on the other.

If he is a friend of yours, its a great opportunity to learn. Try new angles, get some with him smiling, he looks like he would have a great smile. loosen up and have fun. Get some casual shots with the jacket off and get him to not be so stiff in front of the camera and try this shot again.
