Coming in for a Landingby GolferDDSComment by HBunch: wow, I don't think I've ever seen a humming bird up close like that. Kind of looks like an earless bat. Great use of pencils. The angle, lighting and focus are great. There's a bit of a glare on the yellow pencil, but I've found that you can't get too picky when dealing with animal photos. especially fast moving animals. Great shot. Good luck with the challenge. |

Coming in for a Landingby GolferDDSComment by Kavey: Feels like the pencils have been stuck there purely to allow a photo of bird to be entered. Fair enough, just seem really out of place in it. I know those little fellas move way too fast but it's just too blurry for me. I do like the way the green background forms it's own wonderful shape between the shadows. Kavey |
