Library_pond_entryby hkpdsoComment by GeorgesBogaert: First thing: your title. Every child has a name, this counts also for a picture. Remember that your picture is your child, and you should be proud of the given name/title. Second: some processing would make it a little less bland.
Composition: You have nice sunlight coming into your picture, why not using this to get those tree shadows more prominent in you picture. I would have stand about 5 meters more to the right and get those dark and bright shadows. Don't include the right side building. I will give you 2 extra point for the purpose of this challenge. |

Library_pond_entryby hkpdsoComment by Lydia: Lovely scene. Seems a bit "flat" on the processing end to me, though. Could be more vibrant or "Pop" a bit with a bit of curves adjustment, I think. |

Library_pond_entryby hkpdsoComment by P-A-U-L: This looks like a pretty pond. I am not keen on the large shadow areaon the left hand side. The photo overall feels like it needs to pop a bit more. Looks like tricky light to photograph in - I really struggle to take photos with light like this. |

Library_pond_entryby hkpdsoComment by Neat: Seems to be a strange mix of photos in this small pond of entries. I̢۪m just wondering even during lockdown you can travel around in your car and scope a better scene. I can only see a hint of blue sky to the right, the centre of the photo is completely blown out. Looks like you took this during the day, try taking the photo during the golden hour next time. Also a little bit on the soft side, needs a little sharpening and the colours are little bit flat. That̢۪s a pretty pond to have near your library though :) |

BIG boy toysby hkpdsoComment by hkpdso: it is a SAAB SeaEye Panther XT, a small work class ROV (remote operated vehicle), the prototype from 2008. It is what we (RPM Nautical Foundation www.rpmnautical.org a non-profit (US 501 c 3) research and educational organization that performs maritime archaeological research in the Mediterranean)use for identification of targets we find with our hydrographic serveys. Goals for RPMNF is to assist Mediterranean countries with the location, identification, assessment, and research of their submerged cultural material so that these important cultural resources can be protected for future generations. |
