Very difficult lighting conditions. The sky is quite overexposed on the right and the sign seems a little dark.

The right side of this photo looks blown out. This type of situation is usually a high contrast situation. I'd decrease the exposure and use a fill flash for the sign. Be careful to not bounce the flash off the sign and back into the lens, thats bad! Also be sure that the color temperature of your flash matches the color temperature of the natural light at the time you take the picture. In this instance, your shooting during the day, so you would want your fill flash to be set for 5,600 K. If your shooting at sunset or sunrise when the lighting is warmer, you'd have to correct for that.
