on the technical aspects i think you did a good job with composition and the overall quality of the photo, i feel that some of the grapes could have been more in focus but thats not too big a problem.

Interestingly weird focal point and composition. For stock photography, I think the message is supposed to be as blatantly clear as possible... so for that I might have done this in color, kept the heart right side up, and made it the focal point of the composition, probably zooming in to just the heart and the point embedded in it.

Great perspective, keeping the horizontal aspect challenges the eye, but I think it works really well here. Definately an original shot.
