Your photo is an excellent example of a classic subject. Composition is good, leading the eye via the perfectly exposed falls from the broad foreground, up through an almost "S" shape created by the water, to the finer details at the head of the falls and the dark areas beyond. Detailed textures in the reflections on top of the rocks offset the smooth water well; the interpolation of the shadows created by the rocks form satisfying shapes against the highlights. Overall exposure and evenness of tone is well done.

My only comment regarding improvement may have been to remove the large log at left before taking the exposure. For me, this is an eye trap, since it's so different in texture and tone from the water and rocks while not offering a satisfying contrast. It could be argued, however, that the line created by the log follows the edge of the falls well, and acts as draw rather than a "catch". The leaves in the upper right also slightly detract for me. Perhaps a crop closer to the top of the falls may have improved composition.

However, overall, this is an excellent shot, and a very pleasing scene. Congratulations!
