Took me a minute to see what I was looking at here. Looks like a light shining through a key hole. The really bright white wall to the left though leads me to believe a flash was used. as the light coming through the keyhole wouldn't have lit up the wall that much. If this is the case, then there are 2 lights in this shot. Please forgive me if I'm wrong, or email me with explaination. Otherwise, it is really a bit dark in the dark area to tell if anything else is going on, and the ring around the light source in the keyhole doesn't really work for me.
