Perhaps this one is using curves in extreme settings, but nevertheless a bit boring scene works much better. I'm pretty sure there would be interesting details in the neighbourhood of this place of capture I'd suggest you to concentrate. Also, beware of the small but recognizable objects like the one on bottom right.

Cropping the cars would not hurt this image. The red sky is a fortunate side efffect of the negative image. The picture though looks more like a photo negative than like a surreal view. A 5.

I'm sure you'll get other comments about the size - this shot would be helped a lot if you you used the full 640 px that you're allowed. Otherwise, I think it's a nice shot with the ice and then the waterfall spray in the background. This is a difficult lighting situation, though (to get the shadows visible enough in the foreground without making the waterfall disappear completely).
