centre framing takes away from the shot. Maybe rule of 1/3 would apply here, and create some nice negative space?

For this, I think that it would have been better photographed more straightly on, so that the perspective of the sign is not distorted. To me, the sign looks out of square.

Hmmm Bawls... ;) I like the lighting effect form the right bottle, unfortunatly, decapitating its top yells bad crop. Also there are some strange artifacts in the colours from the on which the items were place. upper part is dark and wouldve been better if not. Frame couldve helped. 5.
