I love the color on this. I have heard that purple is hard to capture with a digital camera, but I don't see anything wrong here! Lighting and angle are great. I wonder if you could have backed up the photo just a tad bit to get the rest of him in the photo, but it looks lke you cropped it that way to keep other stuff out of the photo. The reason I think that is because it looks like there is something peeking out in the upper left corner. Great job and good luck in the challenge. |

I'm sure a lot of people will complain about the nose being cut off, but to me the focus of the photo is the space where a child would be, and if there was a child sitting there, it would be perfectly framed. Interesting technique, using negative space as a subject :) |
