nice composition :) I think that the only way this shot could be improved from a compositional standpoint would be to have photographed this from an upward angle rather than a downward angle. It would improve the image by creating a view from the eyes of the child :) - good shot... - jmsetzler

Wow! We didn't have any cool dinosaur springy rides. We only had a duck wearing a saddle. The funniest thing ever! I love the color on this. I have heard that purple is hard to capture with a digital camera, but I don't see anything wrong here! Lighting and angle are great. I wonder if you could have backed up the photo just a tad bit to get the rest of him in the photo, but it looks lke you cropped it that way to keep other stuff out of the photo. The reason I think that is because it looks like there is something peeking out in the upper left corner. Great job and good luck in the challenge.

This ain't no Barney! Wood chips almost look like gravel. I think if you turned up the color a bit, esp. the red, a touch of yellow and magenta, wow, it looks so much better. (I tried it, I know) 7 Swash

I like the boldness of this shot a lot, but I do wish it wasn't cropped quite so tightly. The head being cropped leaves me wanting for a bit more.

I like the composition of this. I'm sure a lot of people will complain about the nose being cut off, but to me the focus of the photo is the space where a child would be, and if there was a child sitting there, it would be perfectly framed. Interesting technique, using negative space as a subject :)

Too much "looking down" thing. If you get at eye level, then you'd have a better pic.
