This is a beautiful shot. It has that old photo feel to it. I like how the bg is so desaturated. Great choice of an overdone subject IMO. I'm on the fence about giving it a 10 just because I think the nose is too close to the edge of the frame. Great exposure too.

This is a very great photo of the horse. When the picture first loaded up I thought that the top part of the photo is a little wasted space. I think you should crop closer to the horse. The color on him is great.

Ahhhh Chicadees are my favorite birds. Such cheerful little things.
This image makes it very easy to identify the bird. The composition is good, with the size bird filling enough of the frame and the good use of thirds. I like the diagonal branch too.
The line in the window is distracting, and I probably would have cropped out the top of the window frame, since it is an unnecessary detail.
The texture on the tree is good.
Ideally a little catchlight in the eye, would add some appeal. You could try flash fill to see how that works next time. It may end up being too much, but worth the try.
Overall I like this.
