Time slips away...by miriam_mrbComment by love: I like this image but I think it's a bit oversharpened in some areas and not enough in others - fickle photo still worth at least a 7 ; ) |

I hope you are good with the bow and arrow...by miriam_mrbComment by miriam_mrb: Thank you for all your great comments.
This is my 2 year old lab Noah. He is a 'demo' dog for the organization Canines with a Cause and trained to do all sorts of tasks such as picking up items that fall (dime, wallet, keys, papers, pens...) and bring them to your hand, bring the phone on command, open/close doors, press automatic access buttons, pull socks off, even flush the toilet! Needless to say, asking him to stay still while I took this picture was a piece of cake for him.
...and yes. He did get a BIG treat afterwads! and a big hug too. ;-) |

I hope you are good with the bow and arrow...by miriam_mrbComment by CLarson557: I'm not like most voters on DPC. I'm a sucker for good pet photos. I very much praise your dog for being such a good model. Poor guy, I hope his/her eyes didn't get stuck cross eyed during this photo shoot. LOL The dog definately steels the show from the subject of the challenge, but I don't care. The lighting helps draw it out better. A little dark at the bottom. I may have cropped off more at the bottom rather than trying to lighten the whole picture. 10 regardless |

I hope you are good with the bow and arrow...by miriam_mrbComment by LalliSig: Lol, that expression is priceless. I gave it a 7 despite the technical problems in this particular shot as this photo made me smile. Could use a contrast boost though and some more light from beneath to bring out some detail in the dogs fur but good job. |
