Fireworks are meant to be colourful, aren't they? I'd have cropped off 25% at both sides, so only the sea at the bottom would be left.

Wow... I actually really like the fireworks in black and white. Awesome focus, great balance, and I like the subtle light on the foreground to give depth.

Nice. Of course the colour version will be more vibrant, but I think that the graphic quality works well in B&W. 8

This is different - haven't seen too many fireworks shots that include ground details to add to interest. I like the effect of the foreground boats. Looks like your shutter speed was dead-on as well. Seems like a bit too much ISO noise causes a distracting effect.
