Dull conditions but a technically proficient shot. I'd like to see the composition tighter to the car though, as there's not much need for the extra context. The action is not so extreme either, but more ordinary speed.

there are near vertical lines in the background just off the left fender, the driver appears to be looking away from the road and toward the camera, overall a little on the dark side, can't see much detail on the front of the car; I can see action in the motioned-blurred bg and the spinning wheels but it doesn't strike me as extreme

cool, although i wish the driver weren't looking at the camera and think that the blurred license plate looks a bit odd (maybe you could've removed it for the shot?) but i do love the motion blur of the surroundings and the sharpness of the car.

Great sharpness in the car. The blur on the right hand side of the photo gives a sense of speed. The trees and road in the back of the photo look rather sharp though. This takes away some of that speed feeling. This could be avoided by shooting with an angle more perpindicular to the cars direction. Good overall shot though.
