Free Timeby techtraumComment by GeneralE: Witht he thickness and style of that book, I'm not sure this qualifies as "free" time, but it certainly looks like it will take more than a Fall afternoon to wade through. |

Free Timeby techtraumComment by Falc: Strange white artifacts around the guy. I think your selection is not quite accurate. Shame, because the idea is pretty good. |

Free Timeby techtraumComment by Bud: Interesting photo, but I do not see that the selective desaturation helps the photo. |

Free Timeby techtraumComment by Kylie: I really like the feel and composition in this one. My two nit-picks are that I personally don't think the de-sat works in this particular case with these tones, and the image appears jagged in places (like the book). |

Free Timeby techtraumComment by mirdonamy: Great photo! The lighting is a tad dark, but not bad. The soft focus on the lower right is a bit eye-catching, which you may not want people to notice, but it's not bad. i love the composition, tone, and lighting! Great job overall! |

Free Timeby techtraumComment by ahaze: Wow- I really like the idea of this image. The composition is great, obviously well shot. I really like selective desat in certain situations, but it doesn't work for me at all here- it detracts instead of lending itself to the theme. there's also something really weird going on with the book, as if it was way oversharpened. Giving this a 5 for it's pros and cons. |

Crimson Cornby techtraumComment by techtraum: Thanks for all the comments they were very helpful. It seems that the reflections were both liked and disliked - which is about the way I felt about them. I decided to leave them in (rather than a submit a shot will less reflection) because I felt it made the image more unique. |
