You managed to frame the houses on the left side, but the rest doesn't work for me. What about trying to use the frame that is holding the fence up as a frame, that might give a better result.

I'd like to see this cropped more horizontally than vertically so you see more of the window she's looking out of rather than the blinds and dark cloth. Though maybe there are factors that make that impossible. It also seems a little washed-out. I'm happy that it clearly fits the challenge, however, as many of the entries have been more than a little puzzling.
