Absolutely beautiful light halos around their bodies - just brings out the detail of their fur beautifully. The fact that they have their backs to us and one has such an animated pose makes it almost impossible not to anthropomorphise and imagine two friends chatting excitedly about life. The pure black background works well to isolate the two individuals. 9

This is my favorite photo simply because it tells a concept and story, it doesnt' just show a picture. The human like quality of the Lemer is amazing and his little fingers are meditating! I've learned timing is the key to mastering great photography because it is luck and eye and cannot be taught. This picture does just that - shows great timing.
