National Wildlifeby amandolinComment by RiderGal: Nothing really looks completely in focus here. It's kind of bothersome and out of focus. Interesting, and I like the fact you left room at the top for type, but I'm just not sure the photo is fabulous. Very nice job getting so close though! |

National Wildlifeby amandolinComment by Koriyama: if you had used a slightly deeper dof to capture more of the body sharply, this would have been a magnificent shot. Even the leaf could afford to be sharper, I feel. |

Bachelors At Restby amandolinComment by inspzil: The contrast on this needs to be turned up some. The whole photo has a sort of hazy look to it. The ducks are very good. I really like their green heads. I think you might have been able to saturate and lighten that green a little too so it would stand out a bit more. Contrast is key here though. |
