Oh this little one just tugs at my heart. I love the expression you have caught here. A boost in the colors would really make your subject and background pop. I can see some clouds in the sky. If there was some way to bring out some blue in the sky similar to what is in the clothing that might really add to this picture. Some noise reduction and sharpening may make this image a little clearer also.

I think this little fellow's face gets lost in the shadows. I want to see the expression on his face because that's the focal point of the portrait.

The photo isn't that good technically, but I got the humor and gave it a 7 because it made me chuckle. In the end, isn't that how we should judge our photos... the impact they have?
