I think this should have scored a bit higher as well. There's a lot to like: the background works perfectly with her outfit, love the pastels, skin tones are good, pose and eye contact good as well. My only suggestions for slight improvement would be a teeny more saturation & sharpness, and maybe a tighter crop to get that angelic little face closer to the viewer. I think that there needs to be more use of shallow dof in this, I find the background - especially the shadowy bits on the left - quite distracting.
