As I mentioned in the thread about this shot, maybe you'd have been better off leaving out the title, forcing people to figure out "how does this represent repetition?" I think most people (not just parents) would get it then -- it IS a very cliché phrase.

Or if you're going all-out for humor and not worrying about the score (as you said in your comments), have her hold up a little sign with the caption on it ... then no one could say the photo didn't "speak for itself."

I liked this shot, but didn't have time to vote last week. You deserved a high score just for the title alone. On top of that, your kid is so cute, and her expression really pushes your point home. Maybe a little dark, though.

Now, I'll have that whining "are we there yet?" in my ears all day. :(

Beautiful child. Although I understand how it fits in the challenge by reading the title, I would rather a photo speak for itself instead on the title explaining it. I love the photo anyway :)

A phrase every parent KNOWS too well. Nicely depicted here, and a nice interpretation of the challenge! Extra points for MAJOR greativity on this one!

I do get it:) And I believe titles play a roll in many images, that being said the image here is just not carring enough of the load to me. If the little girl (very cute by the way) were to look as though she were in mid sentence, that may have helped to convey that feeling. that naging "are we there yet...are we there yet...are we...anyway good luck and I hope this helped:) Richard 5

Haha. A good take on 'repetition.' Unfortunately, I don't see it doing well. I would give you comedic value.

Hi Mike. I always enjoy pix of your daughter, she's just such a cutie, even when she's pouting like this. Great capture, especially with the catchlights in her eyes. The only criticism I have is that - w/out the title - I wouldn't get why this is repetition. Maybe you have to have kids of your own to get this w/out the title, who knows ...
