Conclusion: This is certainly "painting with light" well captured. I think this being a common subject might have not fetched higher score. As the comments indicate - the signpost is little distracting and also the frame is cluttered. The front lights from the vehicles are over-exposed and burnt out.

Though this is a cliche shot, still it stands out due to "curve" shape which lights made and also this is well executed. I think for the effort put on this, it has scored fair. I did not voted for this challenge but would have given around 5-6 on this one. Anyway, you have some great pictures in your profile. I really liked "Jack-O-Lantern Family" and "fearless".

I'm by no means expert in area of photography. My comments are purely based on my limited understanding of technology and art behind digital photography. Seen it 1000 times before but quite nice shapes. White light just left and above of centre frame is too intense and cluttered but the parallel reds look nice.
