Great job! Very quaint. (not to mention what an adorable little girl). I loved the subtleness of color in this one, or even lack of color. It works perfectly in this shot. There is great clarity in this, and action in the sand, the flow of the dress, in the sunlight that hits the ground and water, and in the water itself. Good job in meeting the challenge without leaving the voter to have to guess about how it fits the theme. Giving this an 8, going up from my original vote, as the lightness in tone of this one really gives me viewing pleasure.

Beautiful photograph.. the only change I would suggest would be to rotate the image a touch counter clockwise to level the horizon line.

Cute, sweet and innocent. If only the horizon was level. Would work well also if the horizon was further askew but here it is just in limbo. People pictures also work better if there is more space in front of the subject than behind - so it looks like they're walking"into" the picture and not "out" of the picture. But a picture to treasure anyway.

Love the light on her hair. This might look good cropped so that there is some empty space in front of the girl, since this seems to be the direction she is looking/walking.
