A nice capture. I like the light and how it does not quite cover the face. The arm up on the shoulder connotes a rather restful and relaxed state. The focus, especially on the top eyelid is very nice, helping to guide the eye to the subject of the composition and the idea of sleep.

I think you should have played around more with the lighting on this. The brightest part is her shoulder, which is not the center of interest.

Color a little flat, could have used a fill flash either to accentuate the shadow on the face or eliminate it. I would have prefered the former.
