Something looks wrong with the blues in this picture. It looks oversaturated or there is some banding or something... it just doesn't look right. It may be too high of an ISO. At any rate, This is not the best angle for the challenge topic. Also the house or whatever across the top is running downhill from R to L. Good luck

This is a good concept for a resolution. I think the building needs to be a little lighter, and the background a little darker. Perhaps another time of day would bring better lighting conditions.
