Comment by cmangis:
Thje lighting is a bit harsh, and the background isn't enhancing the shot.

Fits the topic. Small, interesing black line on top. If your subject was further from the background, the background would be less distracing. Subject is good off center, vertical rule of thirds.

Comment by Miinerva:
unfortenatly the colours don't mix very well here, in my humble opinion. The photo though, is sharp and it is good that you did not place the doll in the center. I would have liked to see a more natrual background here though, and maybe something small beside the doll, to creae a more diagonal composition. Think that would add some life to it.

Comment by Bran-O-Rama:
Interesting background but I'm not so sure about the foreground. Perhaps placing the doll on a completely white fore/background would've helped to keep focus on the doll. Shadow of the doll pretty harsh.

Comment by KaDi:
Interesting composition, disturbing somehow. (That's not necessarily bad.) Think I would have mobed a bit left to include the end of the broken x against the white and to see the axel on the wheel--maybe that's why it causes tension for me.

THe gate is out of focus which is really off-putting.
