I had seen image from the same environment, not sure you are the same person.

Here are my point of view to your image:

1. Focus
Currently your focus is out. There are few factors affecting your focus ΓΆ€“ shutter speed is not enough or either the model had moved. You need to shoot wide open say F/4 and pump up your ISO if necessary. Aim at the eyes when you shoot (IMO - in my own opinion)

2. Composition
Do watch out for the background. Avoid overlapping. Right now your model has overlapped with the guy behind. Tried moving to the left.

I feel, in this instance, Point 1 (focus) is crucial, at least to get the viewer attention.

My eyes lead up to the screen just to be nosey to see what you were searching for hahahh! anyway, Loved to see this a bit more cropped up and wonder what a diferent view of the mouse would give ya. The scene seems too busy.
