This is a great subject - I love the velvety texture of the grass in the foreground compared the the dented and oxidized water tower (or grain silo?). The lines and differences in colors are very nice. I'd suggest making it a little larger (you can have 640 pixels) so we can see more detail.

Your sky is white and boring. Doesn't look like the weather conditions were ideal for taking a shot like this. I would love to see a blue sky behind this. Your subject definately contains rust, and focus is alright. The crop seems a bit odd to me. I notice that this is not the entire tower, and the way it's cut off at the top is a bit distracting. I like the addition of the grass at the bottom. ~Heather~

Images in the absolute center of an image are tough. One thing to try here is a different perspective, perhaps get low in the front and shoot up at the image?

Too much grass in the bottom half detracts from the tower. I think it would have been nice to see the frame which surrounds the container more centered.
