I could see by the thumbnail that a lot of thought had gone into this shot. The wood shine, the type of (colourful) dominoes, the choice of dynamic portrait format. I would have loved to have seen this shot with the background as black as a coal bunker, just to see if it enhanced the mood at all. Very pleasing to look at.

Pointing the camera up a tree doesn't strike me as interesting or requiring much imagination, as evidenced by the number of people who chose to do it for this challenge. In this case, the fact that it's a cactus only makes it marginally more interesting to me. At least shooting at a different time of day that offered a more interesting quality of light might have helped. Sorry, 3.

This is wonderful! It looks like my third grade teacher always admonishing her pupils to do good! Fits the challenge very well and the title is humorous. Clarity is outstanding btw.

This could so easily have ended up an over-busy, over-coloured and unfocused shot. But it isn't. It is a really cheery splash of colours, with a challenge-relevant title.
