This could be titled.."strike a pose" It's almost journalistic and has a good feel. I like the grain and tones. Not sure I see conflict, but it's interesting.

I believe you were aiming for the conflict between the title of this photo and the appearance of the subject. However, if that's what you were aiming for, I can't really see the expression (eyes) well enough to say for certain that it conflicts with the title. I think the concept is good, and I like the choice of B/W, but would like to see the face just a bit better.
