Z is for ....by adriano74Comment by adriano74: Holy Bugger!!! Truly a first time for me having such a high place and score. Never did I realize I would've done so well. I am happy with how it went and I hope to learn from this experience although I will falter, I know there will always be that diamond-in-the-ruff that I can produce.
Thank you so much for everyone's vote and commenters. I look forward to giving my best in the future.
Ohhh!!! I have been tagged to submit my original. I hope I didn't do anything wrong.
Now we'll just have to see if this holds up. I have never been DQ'd for anything. Ok...Original submitted. Now for the verdict. XX Fingers crossed.
Again Thanks to everyone.

Z is for ....by adriano74Comment by MadMan2k: This is very cool. I like the neon colors and the striking contrast, and the composition is great. Maybe it's a calibration issue but all I see of the fourth row is the bright part of the zipper pull. If it was meant to be that dark, I would have left that out to keep it simple. |

Dice Rollerby adriano74Comment by adriano74: Thank you for critique and feedback Mr.WBanning and also to you Penny for your feedback. This was a challenge that I just wanted to try and do well in and I lost myself a bit on the dice and their detail. I also agree that the tightness on the left bottom corner to me didn't let the subject "breathe" enough or "expand it's wings" with all the free space going on at the right side of the picture.
These are things I will notice more in my shots and that not just the details but the whole compositions should be evened out. |
