I have to admit that I do not like this picture very much. While I don't mind submitting a view to a city in this landscape challenge (there are very good cityscapes in this challenge) I like to see a wide view to a scene with only a few different details. This picture has too many details, it would better fit to a challenge like traffic or so. My eyes can not find rest anywere.
Could be sharper and less noisy too.
What I like are the cars: the look like toy cars to me.

doesn't really fit my interpretation of landscape (i'd like to see more nature than buildings, doesn't have to be exclusively nature), but i can see where you are going with this so i won't deduct too many points. i like the colors, especially the three yellow cabs on the left together. overall, i think the picture could be just a tad sharper though.

This is potentially a good shot. The pic is not clear though. The crop is too tight or the pic was not taken at high enough res. Sharpening it a bit would help if it hasn't already been done. If it has, it may get grainy on you. - Inspzil

I think you would have been better showing the building in the context of the landscape, rather than just picturing the building on it's own. I would quite like to see what is up the road to the right.

Framing needs to make the casino complex more monolithic. The casino running off the edge is a little distracting. I suspect, however that this is as far as you could get to take the shot.

Nice scope and interesting subject and composition
