The leaf was not needed. I think it would have been much better without it. I like the texture of the rust against the wood.

Nice composition, but the leaf is just a tad forced for my taste. Also great foreground focus and good use of depth of field. If the leaf had been arranged to look as if it had fallen, I would have rated this much higher.

A 'nice' shot in every sense of the word. Leaf makes it look far too staged in my opinion. Also the object on the left is a bit out of focus. All that wasted revision time as well :)
