Looks in focus to me, with perhaps just a slight softening of focus at her face. Your title also tells me the sharpest part of the image is the subject.

The image is titled foot and the foot is in focus. So the foot is the subject? If so, this does not meet the challenge. I think, if the blur were a little stronger, the image might be a little more effective.

For this angle I would have put the shoe in focus too. There is nothing worse than having a big blurry blob at the front of an image.

Great color and textures - the difference between the two is really fun - I like that it's not a regular line between the two. The contrast could be bumped a little and perhaps a little closer framing to create a stronger composition.

Okay idea - but I think you've got uncut grass vs. cut grass. Tonal contrast between the two is weak and the framing is off. Whatever the "red" things are in the background - they serve to distract the reader - especially because red and green are opposite hues.
