DC Metro has no camera policy on the books. You can photograph any part of the system you want. If you have been told differently have them show you the ruling. These were my findings as of 6/2011

Interesting photo and well framed. Would have liked a shallower dof but that's my taste. I think the copyright note might lead to DQ though.

How can legs be curious....? I don't really care for the title and this looks to me like a candid shot of someone in the street, not a defining feature shot of someone. The shot is Ok generally although that watermark right in the middle there kills the whole thing for me, it's personal taste but I can't bear intrusive watermarks.
