The forground is so out of focus that it pulls my eye straight to it.. More DOF and focusing on the forground would really have helped this. It is a Beautiful Color and your composition is excellent!

This feels "muddy" to me (excuse the pun). I would have preferred more contrast to help bring out the texture and the way the light plays off the wet ground.

Interesting image, the only thing that bothers me is that the trees in the middle being a very dominent black that seperates this into two images. I might have been tempted to take another shot that exposes for the middle image and use that in conjunction with the submitted image t make it less of a dominant feature. I might also have been tempted to crop out the shadow on the grass as that too, for me, causes a distraction in the bright area at the bottom. The exposure of the sky and road are super though.
