I gave this a lower score than it may have received in a different challenge mainly because it didn't seem to fit the challenge parameters. The subject didn't appear to be in a restful state to me and instead of instilling calm (though the title gives me a hint as to the thought behind the photo) it actually gave me a feeling of menace or looming. That said, I do like the black against blue and find the picture interesting.

Little over exposed or under exposed in the foreground depending on what you were trying to do. Not sure if this realy meets the challenge of at rest.

Wish I could tell what it is you are referring to in your title. Not much is clear here and exposure is poor being that you are shooting into the sun.
